The closest external access is through the Hepburn Ave entrance.
Entrance: Wide, level entrances have automatic double doors that lead into the mall area.

The main internal pathways are wide with clearance space for wheelchairs. 
Flooring is either vinyl tiles or carpet. 
Counter is at standing height with a central opening, an alternative for customer service.
Payment / service counters: There is a designated accessible payment/service counter with an aisle that is 1.4 metres wide.   Other payment/service counters have aisles that are 70cm wide.
