- Pedestrian access: Level access from the bay onto a paved path leading down to the footpath outside the entrance ramp to the library. The wide paved path has a slope with a gradient of 1:11.
- Cost: At car parks in the City of Melville with Pay and Display Ticket Machines, ACROD parking permit holders must still purchase a ticket and display it on the dashboard. They can then park in any bay and the ticket will remain valid for double the time purchased. For example, if a ticket is purchased for two hours, it will remain valid for four hours.

- The ramp is wide and paved, 7 metres long with handrails on both sides. It has a gradient of 1:9.

- Wide, automatic opening door, opens into a wide foyer where the book trolleys for customer use are stored.

- The library is spacious with carpeted floor.
- The customer service desk is at standing height.
- The internal book return is a slot at the service desk, 80cm high.
- The aisles are 1.3 metres wide with enough space for people using walking aids or wheelchairs to turn around within the aisles.
