- As there is no kerb ramp, a portable ramp is available, on request, to access the footpath outside the café.
- The portable ramp is 80cm wide, 64cm long with a gradient steeper than 1:8.

- Access off the wide footpath along the front of the café.
- A 97cm wide door held open with a 4cm lip at the base.

Internal area
- Seating in front of the counter with a large room at the rear of the café.
- Alfresco seating on the front footpath and in the adjacent arcade.
- Very spacious in front of the service and payment counter that is 94cm high. Food displays can be viewed from sitting height.
- Tiled floors with all tables having a central pedestal, 75cm high with 71cm knee clearance. Inside seats do not have armrests, seats in the arcade have armrests.
- A rear door provides alternative access to the arcade, The door is 1 metre wide with a high D handle and a 3cm lip at the base.
- Male and female toilets at the rear of the café. The ladies toilet is slightly larger and may suit a person using a walking aid. There is a step down into the toilet.

- Clear sign at the front of the café.
- Blackboard menu has large print, handwritten in chalk.

- Availability: Staff would be required to unlock a gate and café blind at the end of the arcade. The toilet is kept locked and staff will provide the key.

- Description: An accessible toilet behind a locked gate used by staff, but available to customers, on request.
- Signage: No directional signage. Access symbol on door.
- External access: From the wide arcade next to the café, through a wide gate (unlocked by staff) to a wide slab paved area.
- Toilet door: A 78cm wide door that is light to open and fast to close, locked with a key.
