- Lift or stair access to the upper level. Stairs have handrails on two sides.
- Access into the waiting room is off a carpeted 1.2 metre wide corridor, through an 83cm wide door, held open.

- Door to consulting room is 80cm wide and will be opened by staff.
- For blood collection, people using wheelchairs do not need to transfer into the large chair provided.
