- Two level bitumised bays located close to the main entrance of the centre.

External access and entrance
- Wide slightly sloping walkway links parking bays to the main entrance.
- The footpath veers off into three directions, the main entrance, to the stairs, and to the tennis courts.
- A concrete ramp leads to the second level of the center and the stadium entrance. It is 46 meters long and 1 meter wide with handrails. The ramp has gradients from 1:25 to 1:14 with three midway landings.
- The stairs are located next to the ramp. There are 17 steps with handrails and colour contrasting edges. There is wide platform located at the bottom of the steps with one step leading up to it.
- The footpath to the main entrance has a gentle slope, then a slope with an average gradient of 1:14. This leads to a wide level entrance.
- Double glass doors, 86 cm wide with one door open. The doors have a large D handle, swing outwards and are heavy to open and fast to close.
- A drinking fountain is located across from stairs and are 76 cm high.

- Reception area is spacious for users of wheelchairs and walking aids.

Crèche
- Open hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 12.00pm
- Entrance: 82 cm wide swing door with large D handle, heavy to open and fast to close.
- Internal Entrance: There is a partition with a gate and a bench that block the entrance to creche. The partition and gate is 1.58 meters from entrance and the bench is 2.3 meters from the window. The bench is at standing height. The gate is manual with a sliding lock, swing gate light to open.
