    The bay is 3.5 metres wide and 5 metres long, on level even bitumen.
  • Vehicle access from: Pembroke Street
  • Pedestrian access: Kerb ramp acces at the side of the bay to the wide pavement that gently slopes up to the entrance door.

  • The double door that enters directly into the café is 90cm wide with one door open and has a D handle. The door is of medium weight and slow to close.
  • There is a very short steep ramp at the doorway.

Internal area
  • Very spacious inside with wooden flooring.
  • The service and payment counter is 1 metre high and food displays can be seen from sitting height.
  • Inside tables have a high central  pedestal and are 75cm high with 67cm knee clearance.
  • Alfresco seating on the pavement is at small wooden fold up tables.
  • All chairs are moveable and do not have armrests.
  • Self serve water is at sitting height in a fridge.
