External access and entrance
  • Wide level access to the main entrance via a concrete footpath.
  • An 81cm wide manual door that swings outwards, lever handle, heavy to open and fast to close. There is a small lip at the door.

Internal area
  • Spacious foyer, large rubber mat at the entrance, vinyl floor.
  • Reception desk at standing height.  
  • Information pamphlets displayed on wall at various heights. 
  • Different style seating is provided, four soft couches 36cm high, and two seats 47cm high without arm rests.

Toilet: Greenfields Family and Community Centre Accessible Toilet

  • External access: Off main foyer.
  • Main entrance: Manual door that swings inwards, 81cm wide. Lever handle, manual door closer.
  • Toilet door: Manual door that swings inwards, 80cm wide. Lever handel with manual closer. Small lock.
  • Pan height: Flush botton on the toilet is 132cm high.
  • Handrails: Yes
  • Basin height: Basin in the accessible toilet is 75cm high and in the change room area, 84cm high.
  • Lighting: The light swtich is at the main entrance to the toilet, 1.3 metres high.
  • Baby change table: Yes
  • Baby change table description: Fixed to wall, 84cm high, no knee clearance.

Rooms

Meeting Room One and Two
  • Meeting room one and two are separated by bifold doors.
  • Both doors are 85cm wide, manual doors that swing inwards. They have latch handles and are heavy to open and fast to close.
  • There is a sink in the room which is 75cm high, white board and a portable television. 
  • There are two tables both with cornered legs, one has a clearance of 65cm the other has a clearance of 48cm.  
  • There are soft chairs without armrests, 38cm high.

Activity Room One and Two
  • Activity room one and two are separated by bifold doors.
  • Both doors are 81cm wide, manual doors that swing outwards. They have latch handles that are 1.3 metres high and are heavy to open and slow to close.
  • Vinyl flooring.  
  • Both rooms have a sink and tables for children. Tables have corner legs and are 50cm high.
  • Both rooms adult and children toilets.
  • Both rooms have access to an outside play area via a double glass manual swing doors with lever handles. With one door open it is 80cm wide. The door is heavy to open and slow to close.

Kitchen
  • The kitchen is located off the foyer.
  • There is a gate to the kitchen entrance which swings inwards, it is 65cm high.
  • The bench is 90cm high with no knee clearance.
