Closest accessible parking

• There is marked parking on bitumen at the rear of the restaurant, down the 20 metre long roadway which has a gradient steeper than 1:8 for the first 10 metres, then 1:15 for the remainder.
• Vehicle access from: Mandurah Terrace

• Located at the top of the roadway to the parking area off Mandurah Terrace.

External access and entrance

Main Entrance

• Wide brick paved path at the drop off point with four steps lead up to the front landing.
• There is a ramp with handrails off the path, through a 1.1 metre wide gap. Ramp is 82cm wide with a gradient of 1:12 for 5.7 metres.
• The ramp leads onto a level landing 97cm deep to the front double doors. 
• The doors are each 82 cm wide with D handles.  They are heavy to open and slow to close.

Rear Entrance to access toilets and the stairs to restaurant

• Access to the toilets is via the rear entrance located off the carpark.
• There is a steep kerb ramp onto the landing that leads to the rear door.
• The door is 80 cm wide, light to open and slow to close with a D handle.
• The door opens up into a corridor that slopes steeply for 1.5 metres onto a landing 1.2 metres wide.
• There is a sloping step 0.5 metres wide through to an open doorway 1 metre wide that leads to a wide space at the bottom of the stairs.
• The entrance door to mens and ladies facilities also comes off this area.

Internal area

• Wooden floor.
• There is sufficient space for users of wheelchairs and walking aids to move through the restaurant.
• The counter and bar are 1.2 metres high.
• There are bar stools and tables or lounge seating 44 cm high with a low table.
• Dining tables are 74 cm high with corner legs, dining chairs are 46 cm high and moulded chairs 48 cm high.

• External access: External access is via the rear entrance. The entrance door to the men's and ladies toilets is 82 cm wide has a push plate is heavy to open and fast to close. The external clearance is 32 cm and the internal clearance is 30 cm. The door opens into a corridor that is 133 cm wide and 350 cm long before turning to the left to a width of 95 cm.
• Main entrance: The 88 cm wide door has a push plate and D handle, light to open and slow to close. The door opens into a corridor 124 cm wide before opening into a wider area.
• Toilet door: The 90 cm wide door is light to open and has a push plate.
• Pan height: 43 cm
• Handrails: Yes
• Basin height: 79cm
• Lighting: On at all times.

• Main entrance: The 86 cm wide door has a push plate and a D handle. It is heavy to open and fast to close. The door opens into a wide space.
