External access and entrance
Main Entrance
- Wide brick paved path at the drop off point with four steps lead up to the front landing.
- There is a ramp with handrails off the path, through a 1.1 metre wide gap. Ramp is 82cm wide with a gradient of 1:12 for 5.7 metres.
- The ramp leads onto a level landing 97cm deep to the front double doors.
- The doors are each 82 cm wide with D handles. They are heavy to open and slow to close.
Rear Entrance to access toilets and the stairs to restaurant
- Access to the toilets is via the rear entrance located off the carpark.
- There is a steep kerb ramp onto the landing that leads to the rear door.
- The door is 80 cm wide, light to open and slow to close with a D handle.
- The door opens up into a corridor that slopes steeply for 1.5 metres onto a landing 1.2 metres wide.
- There is a sloping step 0.5 metres wide through to an open doorway 1 metre wide that leads to a wide space at the bottom of the stairs.
- The entrance door to mens and ladies facilities also comes off this area.
