Parking
Parking is streetside ticket parking in marked parking bays with level access directly to the footpath.

External access and entrance
- The Piazza is adjacent the James and Lake Street footpaths with level entry to the paved areas of the Piazza.
- The pedestrian area comprises level stone and flat cobble stone.
- There is a lowered section of paving, ramping down for a length of 10 metres and a gradient of 1:19. This leads to grass and the amphitheatre area. Alternatively there are three steps without handrails.

Internal area
- The paved area has pod style seats without armrests.
- There are also low walls that can be used as seating.
- During events the City of Perth may provide shade and bean bags for use on the grassed area.
- The Piazza has a large outdoor LED screen, used daily and for events such as movie screenings. When available, customers can request in advance for the subtitles to be displayed.
- The Piazza is lit for night use.
- There is level access from the Piazza to the onsite cafe.
Drinking fountain
- A drinking fountain at sitting height is provided close to the Piazza, on James Street.
