External access and entrance
  • Wide bitumen path connects the shared paths along the riverside, connect to Point Fraser and the car park.
  • Wide, gently sloping entrance to the hire area and the service counter which is at standing height.

Internal area
  • Bikes are brought to customers, at the front of the store.
  • Bikes such as tandems and quad cycles are available.
  • A footboard is available to block the pedals of a quad bike should a participant be unable to control the pedals.

  • There are barbeques as part of Point Fraser that are close to the Bike Hire.
  • The barbeques are on a large concrete area, with the cooking surface 86cm high.
Drinking fountain
  • The drink fountain is at the rear of the Bike Hire building. The push button control is 1 metre high.
