External access and entrance
- The approach to the entry is via a 180cm wide, 11 metre long ramp from St Georges Terrace.
- The ramp is tiled and has a handrail on one side.
- The ramp has an average gradient of 1:14.
- There are double doors, 81cm wide when one door is open.
- One door is held open during business hours.

Internal area
- Customers are met at the entrance and seated.
- Space within the bar is restricted by the arrangement of tables and chairs and some may need to be moved to provide space for people using mobility devices to move through the dining area.
- There are a variety of table and chair arrangements including dining chairs and tables and bar stools and high bar tables.
- The moveable dining tables have a central pedestal and are 81cm high with 75cm knee clearance.
- There is a variety of chairs at the dining tables, some 47cm high with no armrests and some 50cm high with armrests.
- The ordering and payment counter is at standing height.

- Unisex accessible toilet located at Greenhouse Cafe.
- Signage: There is directional signage to the toilet which is clearly identified with the access symbol.
- External access: The toilet is located off a 110cm wide corridor that narrows to 95cm in some locations. There are two changes in direction.
- Toilet door: The swing cubicle door is 85cm wide which is light to open and slow to close. It has lever handle and a large lock.
- Pan height: 43cm.
- Handrails: Provided.
- Basin height: 79cm.
- Paper towel dispenser: Provided - cloth handtowels stored in a bucket at an accessible height.
- Lighting: Switch is movement activated.
- Shower: A level entry shower recess with grab rails, a hand held height adjustable shower hose, and a wall mounted fold down shower seat is provided.

Alfresco dining
- The alfresco area is located through a swing door, 92cm wide which is held open during business hours.
- There is a 2cm lip at the doorway.
- There is sufficient space for wheelchair or walking aid users to move between tables and chairs and reach all areas of the alfresco dining area.
- The moveable tables have a central pedestal and are 77cm high with 72cm knee clearance.
- Metal dining chairs have armrests.
