Closest accessible parking

  • One clearly identified accessible parking bay near the main entrance.
  • The bay is outdoors with a level bitumen surface.
  • It is 4.5 metres wide and 6 metres long.
  • Vehicle access from: Valley of the Giants Road.

    • The parking bay is on the same level as the path leading to the Tree Top Walk.

External access and entrance
  • A level bitumen path leads from the car park to all facilities.
  • The path is wide and about 50 m long and slopes gently down to the main entry.
  • There are a few steep sections with gradients up to 1:14.
  • The Tree Top Walk is a 600 m long circular walkway, which reaches up to 40m in height.
  • The elevated path is constructed of a metal grid.
  • The elevated part of the walkway consists of six 80cm wide and 60 m long ramps that have a gradient of approximately 1:12 with handrails on both sides.
  • Between each ramp is a viewing platform with views over the surrounding Tingle forest.

Toilet: Tree Top Walk Unisex Accessible Toilet, with baby change facilities

  • Description:
    • The unisex accessible toilet is about 50 metres from the accessible parking bay.
    • A baby change table is provided within the cubicle.
  • Signage: Directional signage is provided from the main thoroughfare.
  • Toilet door: The swing toilet door is 77cm wide, is heavy to open and slow to close. It has a D handle and a large lock.
  • Pan height: 46cm.
  • Handrails: Provided.
  • Basin height: 78cm.
  • Paper towel dispenser: Hand dryer available.
  • Lighting: On at all times.
  • Baby change table: Yes
  • Baby change table description: Baby change table located within the cubicle next to the toilet. The handle to open is at standing height, and there is 85cm knee space when the table is open.
