  • If you require a translator or a City of Vincent document interpreted please call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450 and ask them to telephone the City of Vincent on 08 9273 6000. Interpreting services are available either through phone interpreters (that can be provided immediately or pre-booked) or onsite interpreters who can visit City of Vincent premises (pre-booking will be required)
  • The City of Vincent has a responsibility to provide equitable access to all City services including to those who may be deaf or hard of hearing. Vincent residents can book an Auslan interpreter to discuss involved matters with a City of Vincent staff member or to attend a City of Vincent run event. The City of Vincent will organise the interpretation service, which is delivered by Sign Language Communications on behalf of the W.A Deaf Society Inc. All interpreters are NAATI accredited and are required to maintain high professional standards such as, abiding by ethical principles and participating in ongoing professional development. To book an Auslan interpreter, use our online booking form located on our website, phone the City of Vincent on 9273 6000 or fax 9273 6099. Allow three weeks to book a meeting, as interpreter availability cannot be guaranteed with short notice

City of Vincent Administration and Civic Centre Lift

Once through the main entrance and into the customer service centre, the lift is located to the left of the main counter. The stair case is located to the right of the main counter.
